Sand Hills

This house is located in River Island in Evans. It is a very spacious place. The first floor has a master bedroom with a king bed and a full bathroom. The second and third bedrooms have queen beds and their own bathrooms. The fourth bedroom has two double beds and a Jack and Jill bathroom. The kitchen has a round kitchen table that can seat 4 people and a bar that can also seat 4 people. The dining room can seat up to 6 people. In the living room there is a fire place and a flat screen TV. From the living room you can head outside where there is a deck with seating, a grill, a fireplace, TV and cable.
