This 6 bedroom, 5 bathroom 4,404 sq. ft. Home is located 9 miles away from the Nationals. The Crawford Creek community in Evans, Georgia, has two pools one for swimming laps, walking trails, multiple sport courts, play grounds and sidewalks.

There is a covered front porch with a seating area that leads to the main floor. The main floor has a formal dining room ( seats 6), a formal living room with a gas fire place, a full bath and one guest room with a king size bed. The gourmet kitchen has a large pantry, conventional wall oven, and a five burner cook top with an island to give you plenty of room for cooking. The kitchen opens to the formal living room and breakfast area (seats 6) leading to the covered porch that hosts the RECTEQ grill and another outdoor table (seating 4) and two sitting chairs.

Upstairs has four bedrooms and the laundry room. The master suite features a king size bed, sitting area, a spa-like jetted tub, and a tiled walk in shower en-suite. The second bedroom has a full-size bed with a four piece en-suite. Bedrooms 3 and 4 have queen beds and will share a double sink full bathroom.

The walk out basement hosts a cinema room, full bar, 6th bedroom, and 5th full bathroom. The cinema room has an 85 inch TV with surround sound and seating for 6. The full bar has a 46 inch TV, fireplace, beverage cooler, white/red wine combo cooler, double tap kegerator and a small refrigerator, and seating for 13. The 6th bedroom is furnished with a king size bed.

This house has nine TVs total throughout (every bedroom has a TV) with Prime, Hulu, and Netflix. We will be happy to subscribe to a Sports channel upon request. There is an extra room on the bottom floor that could be made to be a 7th bedroom (full/queen sleeping arrangements will be available upon request). If the extra room is to be kept as an extra room this is a kid’s playroom. The house is pet friendly to potty trained dogs for an extra $100/day fee. NO CATS! The fenced back yard has an area for pets, a trampoline, a swing set, and a covered porch with extra seating. There are 6 parking spots available.
